Sony introduced headphones for runners

Sony has introduced a new wireless earphones - the Float Run model adapted for runners. The novelty, available only in black and white, will go on sale in February 2023 at a price of $130.

A feature of the accessory was the design, which leaves the user's ears open. The speakers are mounted on a rim that covers the back of the head and the auricle, and the ears themselves remain free, which avoids the effect of congestion while running.

Float Run, protected from moisture according to the IPX4 standard, with a headphone weight of 33 g, received 16 mm speakers, support for SBC and AAC codecs, as well as autonomy for ten hours of work without recharging.

Recall that at the beginning of 2022, Sony showed LinkBuds wireless headphones with an unusual “open ring” design.
