Blizzard has released an announcement of an updated Diablo II. A remake of the cult game will be released with Lord of Destruction. The addition will allow gamers to work in new graphics.
The announcement of the updated Diablo II was published on the studio’s YouTube channel on February 19. The developers reported that they have made more modern graphics for the game.
They, in particular, made the former 2D sprites in 3D, now there is a possibility for the resolution in 4K. Users can switch graphics while in the game.
The game can be launched on widescreen displays, dynamic lighting has appeared, the picture can be updated up to 144 Hz.
There is no exact release date for the remake yet, but the developers have assured that the game will appear in the current year.
